A quick update here on the blog for the 6 Pack Abs Challenge series we have on Joe’s journey to get 6 pack abs.
I finished moving and am starting to settle into the house and new routine. That’s the good news.
The bad news is I gained some back after the last great weight drop…
I am still under my plan and on track to make my goal, but an obvious cause for concern. Need to adjust quickly!

I really hope days 10 thru 13 are going to help me reset my thinking and how I approach nutrition and other areas that affect weigh loss!
The plan and progress are on track, but definitely need to be adjusted – now I just have to do it!
