Where do you call home: Ft. Lauderdale/Boca Raton Florida

How long have you been into fitness? 30+ years

Anyone or anything that was your motivation? Seeing how stress and lack of exercise was negatively impacting my life.

Do you train, compete, or are you just living a fit lifestyle? Train and live a fit lifestyle

What workouts give you the best results? (Heavy, Reps, Cardio, Xfit…) Combination Cardio + Rep workout

Current “BIG” goal: 6-pack abs

Best fittie moment: Having to buy new clothes because of losing 4 ½” off my waistline in 6 months

Who is your inspiration in the fitness world: 2013 Cross Fit Masters Champion Ron Ortiz-great athlete and better person

Biggest fitness struggle? Overcoming my love of desserts and fresh bread

Proudest body part transformation? Losing 18 pounds and 4 ½” off my waistline in 6 months

Favorite training plan and/or meal plan? Cardio/Weight rep combo workout. Killer 20-30 minutes that has made me feel and look better

Favorite supps? Whey “Green” protein shake. Consists of protein, crushed ice, almond milk, blueberries or banana, cinnamon, ground flax seed, spinach, kale, and fresh mint. Packed with nutrients and tastes great!

Best tip/advice you would give 40-ish men and women trying to get in shape? Don’t think you can’t do it! Set your goals, eat/live well, and stay consistent with your training.

Favorite quote or advice you’ve been given? It’s not what you have that counts, it’s what you do with what you have that really matters (me)
