When you look at a picture of yourself, what body part(s) do you need to work on the most?
Notice I mentioned viewing a picture, not looking in the mirror. Why?
Most guys can look in any mirror and think…heck yea! Looking good!
On the other hand, when we see a picture of ourselves we have quite the different opinion.
Ever heard the phrase that a camera adds 10 lbs? I think our brains actually remove 10 lbs when looking in a mirror.
When you view a photo or video of yourself perception leaves the room and reality steps in with a thundering slam!
Why not use that mind trick to get some results?
What if you could visualize yourself with a ripped 6 pack, massive chest, back, legs or arms?

Search “Strong Woman” on FaceInHole.com
Simply select a person who has achieved what you believe to be the ultimate results on your body part for your goal, add your face + a little color matching and voila!
Now you can visualize your future self!
Have a friend take a picture of your current self and compare reality to see where you really need to work. If you aren’t comfortable with having a friend do that, there are all kinds of apps with delayed timer for your phone’s camera such as GorillaCam or AutoCam for the iphone.
Visualization can be a fantastic motivator to help you achieve specific goals. Especially when you can not only use mental imagery, but a real image on your computer screen to see how great you’d look with shredded abs, a massive back, or quadzilla legs.
Get your head in the right place first. Everything else will follow… with hard work!
See you at the pool!
